After a brief hiatus since 2017, the bakery is back with a spacious new 1,500 sq ft store, nestled next to Slim Chickens, and ready to serve its delicious array of pastries, bakes, and sweet treats to eager customers.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 8, when the bakery officially opens its doors. With seating for up to 58 guests inside and 61 more in the semi-outdoor area, it's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a tasty treat. The interior, adorned with original artwork by Cornwall-based designers A-Side and artisan lighting from Studio Haran, promises a cosy and inviting atmosphere reflecting the bakery's Cornish roots.

But it's not just about the food; Cornish Bakery's return also brings a boost to the local economy with 15 new year-round job positions. Plus, the bakery is committed to giving back to the community by partnering with a local charity, further supporting the Ashford area.
