Introducing your property to interested buyers is our main job, and we have many ways we do that:
At least 80% of initial buyer research is done online. Your property will feature on the major portals, and our own website, which is linked to 750 offices of other Guild members.
Professional, high quality details, with floor plans and numerous photos make that important first impression.
One of our main tools which your property will be proactively promoted to our ‘hot’ applicants as well as e-mails to our extensive and fresh database of buyers, all actively looking for the right property.
We recommend that we accompany all viewings if possible, it reduces the hassle involved for you, and most importantly, you will have a professional sales person and negotiator promoting your property.
A useful marketing tool that we often recommend. An event which we staff, inviting interested buyers to allotted viewing times. It is convenient, effective and encourages competition between buyers for your home.
Newspaper and Magazine advertising
Prominent advertising in two of the leading local papers, with a combined readership of around 85,000, as well as free National Press editorial (subject to availability). We also have our own ‘Burnett’s Life’ magazine.
Mobile websites & Videoettes
Using the latest in smartphone mobile technology, our newspaper adverts and For Sale boards carry QR codes that are scanned and link directly to our website. Videoettes are professional videos created from our pictures, annotated and narrated, and form a great visual statement for any property, both on our website and our TV website.
Optional, but with the QR codes, surprisingly effective and highly recommended. Discreet marketing ~ if you require a low-key approach, we can provide a service that avoids the use of boards and main portals, but can be emailed to a select few applicants and indeed suitable editorial coverage if required.
Using technology wisely. As wonderful as technology can be, it can just become another hurdle for you to cross before you talk to a ‘real person’. We will never lose the human touch. However, we’ve actively embraced all that technology can offer to improve our service and your experience.
Some of the ways we use technology to serve you include:
An integrated software system that keeps track of everything! Contacts, appointments, details, feedback, viewings, price changes, every communication. This means we have all we need to know at our fingertips, nothing is forgotten and we can respond promptly to all enquiries.
Making the most of e-mail
While we still use a proactive approach to calling our ‘hot’ applicants, e-mails with full details will go to buyers as soon as they’ve made an enquiry, or as soon as your property goes ‘live’. We also have a monthly e-zine; a fully interactive email able magazine, connecting all of our applicants to all of our properties, plus other useful links.
As a Client, whilst we still use letters, if that is your preference, we can e-mail you updates as well as Vendor and Landlord reports giving detailed progress updates.
Details instantly on-line
Our software system is integrated with our website and all the property portals (Rightmove, Primelocation, Zoopla etc), so within seconds of details being approved, they are available on-line to prospective buyers and tenants.
Professional on-line presence
About 80% of initial property searches are now web-based. Your property will be actively promoted on the leading property portals. Our own website, highly ranked on Google, has also been designed on the feedback from sellers and buyers, giving us an excellent, professional platform, with up to the minute listings and search facilities.
Web TV & E-Zines
using the latest in smartphone mobile technology, our newspaper adverts and For Sale boards carry QR codes that are scanned and link directly to our website. Videoettes are professional videos created from our pictures, annotated and narrated, and form a great visual statement for any property, both on our website and our TV website. We are also launching a brand new interactive electronic magazine in 2014, linking you to trusted local businesses as well as our properties.
